Roxborough Fund III, a value-add fund managed by The Roxborough Group, has raised more than $518 million in capital commitments at its final closing.
Exceeding the fund’s original hard cap, Fund III was backed by institutional investors such as endowments, corporate pensions, public pensions, asset management firms, consultants and family offices.
Roxborough invests across real estate asset classes, with a primary focus on industrial, office, rental residential and hospitality properties. The firm noted Fund III will rely on the firm’s deep relationships and continue the value-add strategy employed in previous funds.
