Round Hill Ventures announces first close of €200m proptech fund

Round Hill Ventures has held a first close of a dedicated European proptech fund set to invest €200 million ($238 million) in late seed — series B high-growth ventures delivering innovation across the built environment. The fund has attracted strong demand from large institutional capital, providing access to the fast-growing proptech sector for sovereign wealth and pension funds.

The new fund is led by experienced technology investor and operator, Arnie Sriskandarajah, working alongside Round Hill Capital CEO, Michael Bickford. Since 2016, Round Hill Ventures, backed by Round Hill Capital, has been a first-mover investor in the European proptech ecosystem, with a strong track record in backing global successes, such as SenSat, Spacemaker AI, Allmyhomes, Plentific and Casafari.
