Round Hill Capital holds €200m first close for second European multifamily fund

Round Hill Capital has collected €200 million ($236 million) in a first closing for its European Residential Income Fund II (ERIF II).

ERIF II is a new, closed-end, core and core-plus commingled investment fund that will invest in multifamily housing assets with mass-market affordability in strong micro-locations that exhibit positive demographic and macroeconomic trends.

New and existing Round Hill Capital investors backed the fund, including institutional investors from North America, Asia and Europe. The geographic focus is select euro zone markets including Germany, the Netherlands, the Nordic markets as well as the wider euro zone.

Round Hill Capital will strategically deploy the equity committed to ERIF II into its extensive pipeline of attractive opportunities.
