Ronny Pecik has resigned as the CEO of Immofinanz after selling his stake in the Austrian real estate company to Eurovea services.
Pecik has been CEO of Immofinanz since April 2020, following his purchase of shares in the company with Peter Korbačka.
RPR Privatstiftung, which is controlled by Pecik, has sold its entire shareholding in RPPK Immo GmbH to Eurovea, which Peter Korbačka is the sole shareholder.
RPPK Immo is an investment vehicle that was jointly owned by the two men prior to resignation and sale and holds 10.56 percent of Immofinanz’s voting rights.
