Rockwood Capital has launched a $300 million core fund, targeting debt secured by real estate in the United States.
The new fund, Rockwood Income & Credit Partners III, hit the market on May 26, according to an SEC Form D. The fund has yet to report any investor commitments.
Since inception, Rockwood has managed funds and separate accounts on behalf of more than 130 institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, public and private pension funds, endowments, foundations, insurance companies, and high-net-worth individuals.
The firm has invested in $28.9 billion of real estate through commingled funds and separate accounts on behalf of clients, according to the firm’s website.
