Rockwell delivers 3.2-acre luxury riverside residential development in London
London-based mixed-use developer Rockwell is launching Hurlingham Waterfront, a 3.2-acre luxury riverside development in London.
Hurlingham Waterfront consists of two residential blocks and 269 apartments, set within four- to-11-story buildings, each with expansive gardens and panoramic views of the River Thames. The landmark waterfront site is adjacent to Wandsworth Bridge on the river’s north bank, with Parson’s Green and Chelsea as close neighbors.
It includes a collection of studios, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
