CBRE Global Investors announced that Robert Perry has been promoted to leader of the CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. fund series.
In this role, Perry will lead and be responsible for all aspects of existing and future Strategic Partners U.S. funds, including capital raising, investment and operations decisions, and financing strategy.
The Strategic Partners U.S. fund series has raised more than $9 billion in equity in 11 funds and three co-investment vehicles in the past 18 years. It currently has $6.1 billion in AUM and is investing its eighth value fund, Strategic Partners U.S. Value 8, which is expected to have a GAV of $3.5 billion when fully invested.
Perry, who joined CBRE Global Investors in 2016 and has more than 20 years’ experience in the industry, is a member of the CBRE Global Investors Americas Investment Committee, Global Leadership Team and Americas Leadership Board.
