RISE has secured $22 million financing of Preserve at Tech, a 588-bed class A student housing community serving Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, La.
Completed in 2021, The Preserve at Tech features three- and four-bedroom floorplans across 168 units. The property offers amenities including a resort-style pool, 24-hour clubhouse with computer lab, fitness center and gaming lounge. Located at 1913 W Alabama Ave., the community is less than a 10-minute walk from the Louisiana Tech University campus.
JLL represented the borrower in arranging the two-year, floating-rate loan through Prime Finance.
