Ridgewood Infrastructure and Savage Enterprises, a global transportation and materials handling company, have formed a joint venture geared toward transportation and logistics assets in the infrastructure sector.
The Transportation Infrastructure Partners joint venture will focus on acquiring and operating transportation and logistics infrastructure throughout the United States.
Savage will manage investments made by the venture.
