Miami-based Rialto Capital Management has raised more than $267 million for its Rialto Real Estate Fund IV – Property, according to an April 16 SEC filing.
An equity fundraising target was not disclosed for the fund, which has been backed by 229 investors to date. The fund has added significant capital since January, when it reported a fundraise of $96 million from 156 investors.
Rialto Capital is the investment manager of its flagship Rialto Real Estate Fund series, other specialized funds, and separate accounts with different investment strategies and return targets.
