Revcap Advisors holds £272m final close

Revcap Advisors held a £272 million ($353.6 million) final close for Kitty Hawk Capital Partners IV, according to IREI’s FundTracker database, exceeding its £250 million ($325 million) fundraising target. The fund officially closed on June 17. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.

Kitty Hawk Capital Partners IV is an opportunistic real estate fund. The fund invests in community shopping centers, diversified, healthcare, hotel, logistics, multifamily, student housing, suburban office, warehouse and distressed properties in the United Kingdom, as well as Northern and Western Europe. These markets include Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

The fund’s predecessor, Kitty Hawk Capital Partners III, held a final close of £225 million ($292 million) in 2015.
