The Related Group and Rockpoint Group have received a $68.83 million construction loan for its Boca Raton, La.-based apartment community called the Manor at Broken Sound.
The partners purchased the 11.5-acre Boca Raton development site for $20 million in October 2019. It will demolish the existing 99,219-square-foot office buildings on the site and develop a six-story high-rise with 261 units and 36 townhouses. Amenities will include a pool, a fitness center, saunas, spa, business center, lounge and two courtyards.
