RFM Affordable Housing Fund, managed by Related Companies., has raised $195.5 million toward its target of $400 million, according to a May 8 filing with the SEC.
The closed-end fund opened to investors in September 2021. It will invest in affordable housing assets in the United States. According to the filing, five investors have backed the fund.
Affordable housing is a foundational element of Related Cos., with more than 55,000 affordable residences in cities across America.
