REEP Equity launches Income Debt Fund II

REEP Equity, a multifamily real estate investing firm, has announced the launch of its Income Debt Fund II, according to a press release from Jan. 30.

This fund will offer investors stable monthly returns through a diversified and strategic approach in multifamily properties in Texas.

The Income Debt Fund II is seeking investors interested in fixed annual preferred returns of 10 percent to 12 percent. Highlights of this fund include diversification across multiple investments to minimize market risk and provide steady returns. Another highlight includes attractive returns, with class A investments starting at $50,000 providing a 10 percent annual return, and class B investments providing a 12 percent fixed annual return, according to the release. Immediate and stable income is a benefit of this fund, as investors will receive monthly distributions within 30 to 60 days of joining.
