Redwood West, in partnership with Panattoni, has acquired The Pike, a waterfront retail, dining and entertainment lifestyle center in Long Beach, Calif. The acquisition price and seller were not disclosed.
Located at 95 S. Pine Ave., The Pike is a 394,616-square-foot lifestyle center that has long served as a gathering place for residents, visitors and the surrounding community. The acquisition marks a new chapter for the property, with ownership focused on new leasing, supporting existing tenants and creating opportunities for community engagement and activation.
