GI Partners has completed the acquisition of 9911 Belward Campus Drive in Rockville, Md., for $322.5 million. The seller was BioMed Realty Trust.
The Fairmont Washington, D.C., sold for $180 million to MetLife. Ivanhoé Cambridge was seller on the behalf of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, Westmont and Innvest REIT.
