Transactions reported this week include an office building in Boston.

Rockpoint Group has paid $635 million for a 31-story high-rise office building in the Financial District of Boston.

The LEED Gold property was owned and managed by Brookfield Properties.

The building, located at 75 State St., was designed by Gund Architects of Boston, in association with Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. Constructed in 1988, the building consists of 840,932 square feet of office space and a 256,296-square-foot parking garage with roughly 690 spaces. The State Street entrance opens into a six-story atrium surrounded by retail space.

Other amenities include a lobby shop, a Brooks Brothers Men’s and Women’s, a tenant-only fitness center, and a tenant-only green roof terrace.

Tenants include LPL Financial, Santander Bank, American Well, Grant Thornton LLP, Hollister Staffing, L.E.K. Consulting and CDM Smith.
