Transactions reported this week included the sale of an apartment property and a hotel in Florida.
The Quaye at Palm Beach Gardens, a green apartment complex in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., was sold for $118.35 million. South Gardens, an affiliate of Tampa-based HG Management, sold the 340-unit complex. The buyer was PR the Quaye Owner, an affiliate of PGIM Real Estate.
Sunstone Hotel Investors acquired the fee-simple interest in the 175-room Oceans Edge Hotel & Marina in Key West, Fla., for $175 million. Singh Resorts was the seller.
