Transactions reported this week included the sale of a $2 billion portfolio.
Colony NorthStar has sold its manufactured-housing portfolio to BSREP II MH C, a fund sponsored by Brookfield Asset Management, for $2 billion.
The portfolio comprises 135 properties with 33,010 pads or sites in 13 states.
NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. had put the portfolio on the market before its merger with Los Angeles–based investment manager Colony Capital earlier this year.
