Recent commercial real estate transactions

by Andrea Waitrovich

Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions were an apartment complex in New York and an office building and Washington state.

In Manhattan, Fairstead Capital acquired the 1,790-unit Savoy Park for $315 million from L&M Development Partners, Citigroup and Savanna. Comprising seven, 16-story buildings, Savoy Park is 100 percent rent stabilized and a historical piece of New York City.

An office building in Seattle sold for $246 million to South Korea–based Mirae Asset Financial Group. The seller was Vulcan Real Estate. The asset is the eighth phase of the Amazon headquarters, a 317,000-square-foot, 12-story building at 325 Ninth Ave. N., in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood.
