Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics. The largest transactions included a retail asset and an industrial property in New York City, and an office investment in San Francisco.
In Manhattan, KLM Construction purchased the Old Navy Flagship Story at 144 W. 34th St. for $225 million. The sellers were Starwood Capital Group and Crown Acquisitions. And down the street, the industrial property at 509 W. 34th St., also known as the Hudson Yards Parcel, sold for $200 million. The seller was Tishman Speyer, and the buyer was Sherwood Equities.
On the West Coast, Columbia Property Trust paid $228.8 million
