Recent commercial real estate acquisitions
Below is a sampling of recent property transactions tracked by Real Capital Analytics (RCA). The two largest completed transactions included a mall in Hollywood, Fla., and a mid/high-rise apartment complex in Houston.
In Florida, a company affiliated with Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate purchased The Shops at Pembroke Gardens for $188 million. The seller of the 400,000-square foot shopping center in Pembroke Pines was Duke Realty Corp. Jeffrey R. Anderson is the managing partner of the joint venture ownership group, and will be leasing and managing the property, according to a statement.
In addition, Sentinel Real Estate Corp. sold the 366-unit 1200 Post Oak Blvd. in Houston to Camden Property Trust for $108.5 million.
