Realterm takes ownership of 4 industrial outdoor storage facilities in the Netherlands

Realterm has acquired four industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facilities throughout the Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The fully leased portfolio spans a total of 74,352 square meters (800,318 square feet), with eight to 15 drive-through maintenance bays at each property.

“We strongly believe in the performance of the European IOS market and welcome the addition of this portfolio to the fund,” said Alberto Radice Fossati, managing director and fund manager at Realterm. “Low site coverage IOS facilities, which facilitate transport movement, are a main focus of Realterm’s strategy. These assets, with an average EPC A, are situated in prime logistics locations in the Noord-Brabant and Limburg provinces and funded 100 percent by equity.”
