Real I.S., a German provider of property investments for private and institutional investors, has launched its next real estate fund, specially tailored to its customer requirements. The fund will invest in the respective regions of the participating investors. The firm is seeking to raise €400 million ($463 million) for the fund.
The fund was launched to create a portfolio with a primary focus on office and retail, supplemented by mixed-use, logistics and hotel properties. Investments are targeted at German markets that offer growth opportunities.

With this new fund, Real I.S. is systematically expanding its customer-oriented product range, which includes club deals, individual mandates and diversified portfolio funds.
