Real I.S. acquires two office buildings in Sydney

Real I.S. has acquired two contemporary office buildings — Surry Hills House and No.1 Lacey Street — for its Real I.S. Australian Institutional Portfolio fund. The two multitenant properties, with a net leasable area totaling around 6,900 square meters (74,270 square feet), are nearly fully leased. The seller of the properties is local developer Cornerstone Property Group. The parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential.

“Surry Hills House is considered one of Sydney’s most modern office buildings in the creative center of Surry Hills. The refurbished interior, designed in the style of a New York loft from the 1950s, is top quality and fosters a creative working environment, which is ideal for the creative and technology sector,” said Tobias Kotz, head of client relations and capital funding of Real I.S. AG.
