Real I.S. has bought a logistics property in Wijchen, the Netherlands, for its real estate special AIF “Real I.S. SMART”.
The approximately 27,460-square-meter investment property in Oude Smallesteeg, is fully let. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The investment property is situated in Wijchen’s “Bijsterhuizen” Business Park, the largest industrial park of the province of Gelderland. Many prestigious companies from industry, trade and the logistics sector have settled in this established logistics location, including the manufacturer of Scania utility vehicles, GLS Parcel Service and the Würth Group.
