Real I.S. takes ownership of new retail center in Germany

by Kali Persall

Real I.S. has acquired a newly constructed retail center located in the German town of Peissenberg. The Küblböck group of companies sold the property for an undisclosed amount.

The retail center offers a total rental space of around 5,650 square meters (168,455 square feet) and counts EDEKA, Lidl and the Müller drugstore chain among its tenants.

The property is energy efficient, with some of the power supplied by three tenant-operated photovoltaic systems on the roof, which is also a green space. Construction of the building was completed in spring 2023.

Real I.S acquired the property for its regional investment fund for southern Germany, Real I.S. Regionalfonds Süddeutschland.
