Real estate and finance veterans Edward Lange, Darin Buchalter and Stewart Whitman have joined together to launch Intellego Capital Partners, a privately held multifamily investment management platform. Intellego will focus on acquiring, repositioning and managing apartment communities in the high-growth Southwest and Southeast regions of the United States.
