Property start-up Cadre has plans to launch a commercial real estate fund to target investment opportunities and deploy capital at a faster rate, reported Bloomberg.
A fundraise target was not disclosed; however, the startup is initially seeking to raise several hundred million dollars with new investors such as family offices and accredited retail investors.
