QIC sells Northeastern University’s parking operator to JLC Infrastructure

QIC has successfully divested MasParc and Mobility, the exclusive operator of the parking system at Northeastern University, to JLC Infrastructure.

JLC acquired 100 percent of MasParc through a 50-year concession agreement, with 44 years remaining. Financial terms were not disclosed.

QIC (via its QIC Global Infrastructure Fund I) and Northeastern University signed the 50-year partnership in 2018, following bilateral discussions between the parties. This concession agreement was the first of its kind for a private university in the United States and the first to facilitate future development of technology-enabled mobility solutions which provide mobility-as-a-service, according to QIC.
