PXV Multifamily, the private multifamily investment and operating firm launched by industry veteran Matt Ferrari in November 2025, has acquired Village on the Green, a 216-unit apartment community in Atlanta for $29.5 million. PXV Multifamily acquired the property in a joint venture with Pamera North America.
Located at 2975 Continental Colony Parkway SW in southwest Atlanta, Village on the Green, which will be rebranded as The Grove at Ben Hill, is a garden-style, gated rental community with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes and townhomes, housed in 15 residential buildings on a 16-acre site. Common-area amenities include a resident clubhouse with business and fitness center, swimming pool and pool house, tennis courts, grilling and picnic area and children’s playground.
