Provident Industrial, a division of Dallas-based Provident, has acquired 3000 Marconi Drive, a fully leased flex industrial building in Alpharetta, Ga.
Located a mile from Georgia State Route 400 and less than 30 miles from downtown Atlanta, the property supports mission-critical operations for a national credit tenant. Situated in Alpharetta, the area is often referred to as “transaction alley,” where a robust and redundant fiber network supports more than 70 percent of U.S. credit card transactions. Given 3000 Marconi’s strategic location and investment-grade tenancy, Provident plans to hold the asset as a long-term investment.
“This acquisition demonstrated Provident’s continued discipline in targeting high-quality assets in strong markets while delivering attractive, risk-adjusted returns for our investor,” said Chris Martin, market officer at Provident Industrial.
