Provident Industrial expands Gateway Logistics Park with 497,280sf Phase 4 Development

Provident Industrial, a division of the Dallas-based Provident, announced the groundbreaking of Phase 4 at Gateway Logistics Park. This next phase will add three class A industrial buildings totaling 497,280 square feet, further expanding the park’s footprint and reinforcing its position as a premier logistics hub in the region.

Phase 4 will introduce three new rear-load buildings, adding to the 921,759 square feet already developed across Phases 1, 2 and 3. Construction is underway on all three buildings, with Buildings 4 and 5 each spanning 147,420 square feet and featuring a shared 205-foot truck court. Building 6, a 202,440-square-foot facility, will include a 130-foot truck court and 44 trailer parking stalls.
