PropTech company MetroSpaces has purchased 10 single-family homes in Indianapolis, adding to two initial properties that were acquired in November 2021.
The additional units will be part of the Metrohouse platform focused on developing co-living spaces in secondary cities and “digital nomad” destinations.
The company also announced plans to launch 30 units available for lease in the second quarter 2022. Subsequent market launches in the coming quarters are planned to include between 120 and 150 units for rent.
