Princeton Digital Group to power Indonesian data center with biomass sources

Princeton Digital Group (PDG), a data center provider in Asia, has signed a groundbreaking renewable-energy contract with Cikarang Listrindo (CL) for its data center campus in Greater Jakarta.

PDG will procure power generated from biomass sources for its 30-megawatt data center campus in Cibitung, starting in August. The multiyear contract will enable PDG to take a meaningful step toward digital decarbonization, making PDG the first operator in Indonesia to offer biomass-powered capacity to its customers.

Earlier this year, PDG also became the first data center operator to procure biomass I-RECs from CL.
