Prime Investment Properties has arranged the sale of the Quality Inn in Scottsbluff, Neb. Prime Investment Properties and member of Hotel Brokers International developed the marketing strategy and led the negotiations in the transaction. The 49-room hotel has been purchased for an undisclosed price. The hotel will continue to operate under the Quality Inn name and branding.
The two-story, interior corridor hotel is located off Route 26 in Scottsbluff. The location provides highway access and visibility from the road. Scottsbluff is situated in western-central Nebraska and is accessible by highways and Interstates 80 and 76 from the north, south, east and west. Only three miles away is the Western Nebraska Regional Airport (BFF), 13 minutes from Scotts Bluff National Monument and 13 miles from Minatare Lake State Recreation Area.
