PREP Securities, which manages the selling group of third-party broker-dealer firms that raise capital for offerings sponsored by PREP Property Group, has added several senior professionals to its distribution team.
Angela Clakley joined PREP Securities as associate vice president, internal sales, for the Central and Midwest territories in October. She has more than three decades of experience in financial services, including nearly two decades specifically in the alternative investments segment. Clakley’s experience includes stints at Hines, Hartman and Legendary Capital.
Clakley is partnered with regional vice president Bill Auble.
In addition, Mark Wander joined PREP as regional vice president, and Reggie Cabral joined as associate vice president, internal sales, earlier this year.
