Preferred Apartment Communities has acquired Wells Fargo Capitol Center, a 559,591-square-foot office building in the Central Business District of Raleigh, N.C.
The 29-story tower is leased to a diverse mix of high-quality tenants representing financial services, law, technology, government and other industries.
The acquisition increases the size of the company’s office portfolio to six assets totaling approximately 2.1 million square feet.
PAC acquired this asset through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Preferred Office Properties.
