Post Brothers JV to develop $750m residential project Philadelphia
Post Brothers has partnered with Tower Investments in building the largest residential project in unit size in the United States. The project is in Philadelphia.
The developers have closed on financing and have broken ground on the multifamily project, which will total 1.9 million square feet in building space. Total project costs for multiple phases will exceed $750 million. There will be 1,457 apartments, more than 65,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, and an off-street parking garage.
Specializing in consumer-oriented, class-A apartment buildings in prime northeastern metropolitan markets, Post Brothers will continue to raise the bar with its construction of the long-awaited development, which broke ground in 2021 and is expected to complete the first phase by 2024 and the entire project by 2026. Based upon publicly available information, including property records, Broad and Washington is the most substantial market-rate multifamily development by
