Portfolio Advisors, a private markets-focused investment firm, has closed its third co-investment fund at a hard cap of $500 million. The fund’s limited partners included pension funds, insurance companies, foundations, endowments, family offices and high-net-worth individuals both in the United States and abroad.
Consistent with the strategy of PA’s prior co-investment offerings, PCIF III will invest predominantly in established U.S. middle-market companies alongside top-tier private equity sponsors. The fund will leverage PA’s firm-wide sourcing efforts and long-standing relationships to create a diversified portfolio of high-quality investments. To date, PCIF III has invested more than 50 percent of its capital in 17 transactions.
