Portfolio Advisors raises $183m for sixth real estate fund of funds

Portfolio Advisors has raised $182.9 million for its newest real estate fund of funds, Portfolio Advisors Real Estate Fund VI, according to a filing with the SEC. A fund raising target and final closing date were not disclosed.

Portfolio Advisors Real Estate Fund V, the fund’s predecessor, held a final close of $437 million in October 2015. As of its final close, PAREF V had made nine primary fund investments, purchased 21 partnership interests on the secondary market and participated in seven direct co-investments.

PAREF IV held a final close of $400 million in 2011.
