OG Clean Fuels, a portfolio company of sustainable infrastructure investment firm Pioneer Point Partners, has entered the French market through the acquisition of Proviridis, an owner-operator of clean fuels filling stations for heavy road transport.
Since 2008, OG has evolved into a key European provider of exclusively clean fuels to road transport operators, supporting the decarbonization of the sector. The company’s network supplies clean fuels sourced from local producers to logistics, bus and freight operators, which helps to reduce emissions from hard-to-abate transport segments.
Pioneer acquired OG from ABN AMRO Sustainable Impact Fund and a fund managed by Meewind in March 2025.
