Piedmont Office Realty Trust has agreed to sell the 801,000-square-foot office building at 1901 Market St. in Philadelphia for $360 million.
The new buyer was not disclosed.
During the first quarter, the firm purchased the Galleria Office Towers, three class A office towers totaling approximately 1.4 million square feet at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Freeway (Interstate 635) in Dallas. The sales price was $396 million.
