Pictet Alternative Advisors hires Linus Nilsson as head of Nordics

Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) has appointed Linus Nilsson as its new head of Nordics, strengthening its real estate offering.

Based in Stockholm, Nilsson will focus on direct real estate transactions across the region, reporting to Charlie Baigler, head of acquisitions, direct real estate at PAA.

Nilsson has more than 13 years of experience in the real estate industry and has held various positions in Stockholm and London. He joins from SBF Fonder AB, where he served as CIO. Prior to his time at SBF, he was a director at both NIAM in Stockholm and at Nuveen in London, where he worked on the Cityhold mandate, a pan-European office joint venture which counted AP1 and AP2 among its key investors.
