Phoenix Tower International (PTI) has closed two transactions in the United States, including the acquisition of Tower Ventures Holdings III and related entities, and the U.S.–based telecom infrastructure services company Technology Associates EC (TAEC).
Through the Tower Ventures deal, PTI gains ownership of 202 high-quality wireless telecommunications sites across the United States, representing the second transaction between the two companies.
The TAEC transaction bolsters PTI's telecom infrastructure services offering and geographic footprint in the United States, expanding PTI's business to offer services such as project management, data management, site acquisition, backhaul and AAV/fiber design and acquisition, architecture and engineering design and structural engineering, and construction project management.
