A joint venture between Phelan Development and LaSalle has secured $66.7 million to refinance Lathrop II, a newly constructed industrial development consisting of two warehouses totaling 847,000 square feet located in Lathrop, Calif. Affinius Capital originated the loan.
Lathrop II comprises two newly constructed industrial buildings. Building III totals 457,000 square feet, while Building IV totals 390,000 square feet. Featuring modern design and functionality, the development is built to meet the evolving demands of logistics and distribution tenants in the Stockton, Calif., market. The property offers excellent loading capacity with 129 trailer parking spaces and 595 auto parking stalls across both buildings.
