PGIM Real Estate, in a partnership with Finish pension insurance group Varma, has completed its previously reported acquisition of an office campus in Meudon, a city on the outskirts of Paris, for the purchase price of €256 million ($298 million). PGIM purchased the property through its Pan-European discretionary value-add fund.
The office property, M Campus, was completed in 2006 and is comprised of six class A office buildings.
The sellers of the property are Norges Bank Real Estate Management (50 percent) and AXA France (50 percent).
