Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolfe Wednesday promised to invest $136 million in 17 water infrastructure projects in 17 counties.

The projects will include improvements to drinking water, wastewater, storm water and non-point source water quality.

The investments will be made through the Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority and funded through a combination of voter-approved state funds, federal grants and recycled loan payments.
