The Pennant Group, the parent company of the Pennant affiliated home health, hospice, home care and senior living companies, announced that it has acquired the real estate and operations of Capitol Hill Senior Living, a 113-unit assisted living and memory care community located in Salt Lake City, and Southgate Senior Living, a 75-unit assisted living and memory care community in St. George, Utah. This acquisition is effective March 1, 2024.
