The $29.7 billion Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System has committed a total of $460 million to two real estate funds, according to board meeting notes.
The first commitment was $300 million to Oak Street Real Estate Capital Net Lease Property Fund, to focus on a series of funds targeting triple-net lease strategies.
”This investment supports the strategic initiative of building long-term strategic partnerships by investing in world-class top-quartile funds,” the pension fund stated in the notes.
The second commitment was $160 million to the CenterSquare Investment Management REIT account.
